The instruction to set up is just two sentences below, super simple. (also see at the end of this listing using ?Set? button to get to control)

With TV on, point TVgo at the TV, press & hold "AnyOff" button until TV turns off, quickly release.
You will now control the TV. Turn the TV on, you will control the TV just like you had the original remote.

2. Repeat step 1 to control other TVs.

For most TVs, step 1 above will be less than 10 seconds, a few TVs might need more time, but no more than 45 seconds. Many times, my Sony TV responds as quickly as 4 seconds.

With a touch of one button, TVgo mutes or turns off virtually any TV around the world Press & hold "AnyMute" or "AnyOff" button.

Will TVgo work in China?
It will for some TVs, but quite some other TVs will not work. Just like products designed for China might not work, or not work well outside China.

Instruction of using ?Set? to get to control TVs

You do not have to shut off TVs to gain control. You can gain control with ?Set? button without affect other people watching TV. Some customers call this feature "silent killer".

With TV on, point TVgo at the TV, press & hold ?Set? button until TV mutes or see the mute sign shows up on the screen, quickly release. You will now control the TV just like you had the original remote.
Repeat step 1 to control other TVs.

Note : You will not see any light on TVgo (This applies to using "AnyOff" button as well), watch TV response. If no response, repeat step 1. Or try on another TV.
If TV mutes, but does not respond when pressing other buttons, repeat step 1. Be sure to release ?Set? button quickly.
